About the Forum
One day, one room, and the people responsible for marketing to the gaming industry.
What it is
The WorldGaming Marketing Forum is the annual meeting place for B2B marketers in gaming. Not gambling marketing. The suppliers, service providers and affiliate programmes who sell into gaming businesses.
It runs on Monday 23 November 2026 at Landing Canary Wharf, the day before the eGR Awards, so you are in London anyway. It starts at nine and the programme finishes before four.

Why it exists
- 01
Real benchmarks.
Comparable performance data, so you know whether your numbers are good or whether you have just got used to them.
- 02
Honest case studies.
What worked, what failed and why, from people doing your job in businesses like yours.
- 03
Peers you can call.
Not contacts. People who understand the problem when you ring them in March.
- 04
Applied answers.
ROI, measurement, brand and AI worked through for gaming, not borrowed from a generic marketing conference.
The State of B2B Gaming Marketing Report 2026
The Forum opens with new research, produced with Edge Marketing Institute, and half of it is the half nobody publishes.
The seller survey
Benchmarks how B2B gaming marketers are actually performing. Budgets, team size, channel mix, brand, content, demand generation, AI and measurement. It is the first time you will be able to hold your own numbers against the market.
The buyer survey
Asks gaming operators how they judge the suppliers who sell to them. What content they consume before a decision. What makes a supplier credible. What makes one get ignored.
You will hear it first in the room, before it is published. Fieldwork by Fusion Insight and Strategy.

Edge Marketing Institute joins the 2026 Forum as content partner. Edge works with B2B marketing teams on capability, leadership and how marketing functions are built, which is the part of the job most conferences skip entirely.
The 2026 theme
From Activity to Growth
Marketing teams are busy. Busy is not growth, and most marketing leaders are now being asked to prove the difference in a language the board accepts.
The day is built on that gap. Every session hangs off one of five pillars, and every session has to be practical, specific and honest about what did not work. No trend decks, no product demos, no pitches from the stage.

The wider WorldGaming portfolio
The Forum is produced by WorldGaming. We run the exhibitions, media and communities where the gaming industry meets, trades and makes decisions, from the largest gaming show in the world to the daily news the sector runs on. The Forum exists because the same conviction applies to marketing: this industry works better when the people in it can actually talk to each other.
