Agenda

A short day, deliberately. Evidence-led sessions in the morning, hosted roundtables after lunch, drinks on the terrace from four.

Last year’s programme was too full and people said so. This one has fewer sessions, longer breaks, and an afternoon where you do the talking.

In development. Full programme published in September. Sessions and times may change.

Running order

  • Registration and coffee

  • Welcome and framing

  • The State of B2B Gaming Marketing Report 2026

The opening session. New research on how B2B gaming marketers are performing, and how the operators they sell to actually judge them.

    Proving marketing’s value

  • Pillar session

  • Break

  • Keynote

  • Peer case studies

What worked, what failed and why, from marketers doing the same job as you.

Turning marketing into a growth engine

  • Lunch

  • Pillar session

  • Reset and move to tables

  • Hosted roundtables

Two rounds. You pick your tables when you confirm your place. Every table works on a real problem and reports back.

    Practical AI for gaming marketers

  • Roundtables, round two

  • Playback: what the room decided

  • Close

  • Networking drinks

On the terrace, through to 19:30. Everything contained in one day.

How the roundtables work

Two rounds of thirty minutes, up to twelve tables in each. Every table has a host and works on one real problem. You choose your tables when you confirm your place, and each table reports one practical answer back to the room before we close.

The topics come from the research and from the questions the morning speakers leave open, so you are working on what the industry actually said it is stuck on.
